About the Artist

was born in Puerto Rico in the west coast town of Mayaguez, and there at the age of 14 he began his dance studies. He was invited to Cuba to study with the legendary teacher Fernando Alonso who coached him for the lead role of Albrecht in the ballet Giselle. He studied and performed the most famous male roles in the repertoire: Romeo and Juliet, Coppelia, Don Quixote and Le Corsaire.
In the US, he have been a guest performer with many companies including the Harrisburg Dance Conservatory, Chambersburg Ballet Theatre, Fairfax Ballet, Galmont Ballet, New York Theatre Ballet, University of Hartford Dance Community Division, the Stamford Ballet School, New York Conservatory of Dance, New England Dance Theatre, Atlanta Dance Theater, and Lafayette Academy of Dance.
He had the honor of working with such international choreographers such as Julio E. Rivera (Former master teacher from Alvin Ailey School), Caridad Martinez (International Choreographer and former Prima Ballerina at the National Ballet of Cuba) and Frank Galvez (Artistic Director of Galmont Ballet).
In 2011 He began His training under Mr. David Howard, the "Teacher of Stars", who recommended him to City Ballet of San Diego. There he danced for 3 seasons as principal dancer.
His choreographic works include a full length commission for the story ballet, "Anastasia" for Chambersburg Ballet Theater, and a choreographic commission by Milieu Theatrics in New York City of the Mozart Horn Concerto in E flat.
